A line that becomes more and more simple but full of expression takes us quietly into Defi's new fantasy. "Eat" is here to spread colors and needs. Overfeed us with nothing. To freeze all moments in front of us. Animals, objects, sensations that desperate need to go out and take on the street, are now fixed and locked up. They are mutating and searching their own materia, where to be comfortable, to be voracious, to feed on the viewer´s reactions. Inspiration is so simple and real as hunger. I can´t get no satisfaction.

Wagner Pinto presents his own pictorial world for the first time out of his home country, Brazil, in a Eurotour of 3 complementary solo shows (London, Barcelona and Milano), entitled "Floating", to present drawings, paintings and silk-screen prints inspired by the act of believe and faith, in different religious and folklore´s concepts materializing imaginary situations, mental impulses and fine energies which are represented by the artist vocabulary which brings out the forces of the nature, "orixas" mythology, "candomble" religious icons and the mistery about the "Ayahuasca" culture.
To Wagner Pinto, this sensory universe is an inexhaustible source of possibilities that fills in the imagination and makes possible an original representation, without esthetic stereotypes, on a very common issue of brazilian culture. The shows will transform in a fertile and dreaming landscape free of any interpretation. The idea is bring up to the surface, to the senses and views of visitors a floating universe, where even waves of thoughts have a rhythm, harmony, body and color, becoming the invisible visible to human eye, and in this way, try to give a new direction to abstract art.

In this his first solo show in Barcelona Unai´s presents a reflection of urban landscapes reinventing modern life garbage.

"The amorphous entities and reaching tentacles emerge and take form much like the navigation of a surfer within a wave. These drawings are executed purely by hand, using Sharpie pens. I begin with a curve, from which lines and forms begin to emerge, evolve, morph, and grow organically, in an intuitive flow, while maintaining delicate, elegant precision. The methodology is rhythmic, spontaneous, and direct, reducing interference with mark-making. Much like zen calligraphy, they are improvisational, and intuitively composed, where the physicality and the mark making become one. I’m utilizing stark, amorphous lines to trace the movement and human experience of the non-linear and imaginational realms. Through this intuitive visual language, a negotiation of the visceral and everyday human experiences of beauty and pleasure, and feeling are given voice." Electric Threads is Justine Ashbee's first european solo exhibition.

Pixorama is huge supercomplex urban scenes built out of hundred of parts which themselves are build with eBoy's magic object: the pixel. Pixorama is the culmination of a modular and object oriented work style that introduces reusability and remodulation of its atomic parts. Like the real cities, Pixoramas are living objects that constantly change and grow. Pixorama is not a comment but reality in itself.

Reflecting the current state of her artistic evolution, the series Sol Negro coincides with the launch of the new compilation book of the same name. Human birds and mammals which behave like insects, and humanoid hybrids donning aerial and aquatic vegetation. Solitary beings, mating beings and communal beings. Entities which unfold, ethereal and earthly at the same time. Fossilized, nourished by the matter of the world, rooted in the surface of the atmosphere, like an extension of the essential nature of perpetual flow. Bright specters, both material and intangible, which exist, and are possible, by depending on their inner sense of light, their vibrant bind which allows them to be, and to be seen.

Also known as OVNI, this artist has a particular style of controling the spaces with her deformed figures twisted in thin and multicolored lines.
This year she has already made two solo exhibitions in Lisbon and Milano, besides taking part of the Urban Affairs Festival in Berlin next to artists like Zosen, Kafre and Tom14. In this her first solo show in Barcelona Taratiel presents structured compositions born as infinite landscapes, dimensiones and colors, a true mix of organic and static shapes.

To expose street art in a gallery is always delicate, outside its normal surroundings the work usually loses its sense. In order to solve this problem, Eltono always tries to create a relation between the street and the gallery. For the exhibition "Bermellón", the artist presents/displays collages of wood found in the streets of Barcelona which will use as the support to paint his "invertidos" inspired by art originally made in the streets. The "invertidos" paintings are inverted interpretations of original works that are in the public space, thus, the artist, works with the emptiness makes the reference to the original ones, without reproducing or falsifying them and simultaneously questioning the limits of outdoor and indoor exhibitions.

Matt W. Moore, painter, designer and illustrator, started with pencils, then spraypaint, then brush, and now also does digital topographical maps of his day dreams. The ideas, shapes, colors, and flow have been the same abstract ideas of a lifetime. The tools have changed... the vocabulary has grown, but the balance has not been lost. MWM's show is a personal celebration of his abstract art and design across disciplines and will feature a full 3D mural installation integrating new "Vectorfunk" works printed on textile and new paintings on canvas. Vernissage will also see the release of his first monographic book published by ROJO®.

Albert Bertolin Amo a mi perro

Albert Bertolín's work is basically a detailed observation of the human behaviour. The subject is represented with simple elements but featuring many detail which makes it sink in the most banal and hedonist needs, represented as a grotesque circus, where different creatures kidnap human attitudes in order to represent with kind violence, the populated psycotic scene generated from loath, illusion and most obsesive desire. His first solo exhibition in Spain is a display of a full force selection of original artworks.
